Catherine Blakemore, executive director of Disability Rights California, will be making a presentation to the Los Angeles County Commission on Disabilities this Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. She will be presenting an overview of the impacts to people with disabilities of all of the cuts approved in the State Budget over the last 2 years.
